1. Types of processed data

 

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address and computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

4. Ways of storing the data

 

4.1 Wix - Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 4.2 Airtable - When signing up as a candidate we collect your data via a form provided by Airtable and are storing your data on Airtable. With Airtable we signed a Data Processing Addendum to ensure a safe processing of your data. We delete personal information provided through our forms 3 months after the last contact and the information will be only used for the purposes stated in the forms. Exceptions are consent given for receiving marketing materials and specific consent given by the user to store the data beyond the three months. 

 

5. Ways of communication

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

 

6. Cookies

 

“Cookies” refer to small files which are stored on the users’ computers. Within the cookies, various data can be stored. A cookie serves primarily to store data about a user (and/or the device upon which the cookie is stored) during or after his/her visit to an Online Offer. 8.1 SendGrid - We shall, upon the basis of our rightful interests (i.e. automating email notifications, sending of newsletters) utilise the Email API from the service SendGrid by Twilio (San Francisco, CA) to send email to our users after filling out our forms. 8.2 Google Tag Manager - We shall, upon the basis of our rightful interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and commercial operation of our Online Offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR), utilise Google TagManager, a tool from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

Google Tag Manager is a service that allows marketed website tags to be managed using an interface. Tags are small code elements that help to measure and analyse web traffic, user behaviour, the effectiveness of online marketing and of marketing channels, to make us of re-marketing and focus on target groups, and to test and optimise our website. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not register personal data.

8.3 Google Analytics - We shall, upon the basis of our rightful interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and commercial operation of our Online Offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR), utilise Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses cookies. As a rule, the information generated via the cookie regarding the usage of the Online Offer by the users shall be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In accordance with our mandate, Google shall use this information in order to analyse the usage of our Online Offer by the user, in order to compile reports regarding the activities within this Online Offer and in order to render additional services associated with the usage of this Online Offer and the Internet for us. In this regard, pseudonymised usage profiles of the users can be created from the processed Data.

 

We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymisation. That means that the IP address of the users is shortened by Google within the member countries of the European Union or in other contracting countries to the European Economic Area Convention. Only in exceptional cases shall the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

 

The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser shall not be commingled with other data by Google.
