About the role

As Business Intelligence Manager, you will be jointly responsible for ensuring that the decisions of the largest financial portal in the DACH region becomes even more data-driven in the future. Your challenges include:
\- Continuous improvement of business intelligence systems and reporting structures.
\- Definition and analysis of relevant KPIs and associated reporting for all areas.
\- Integrating new, even seldom-used, data sources and ad-hoc analyses.
\- Provision of analyses of user behaviour and related insights into emerging trends.
\- Exchanging closely with different teams and other stakeholders in order to understand the product requirements and prepare them in a comprehensible way.


\- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or computer science and have at least 4 years of professional experience as a business intelligence manager or a comparable position.
\- You work independently and have excellent business acumen.

You also have:
\- Relevant experience with the analysis of large data sets and the implementation of business intelligence processes.
\- Very good knowledge of SQL and Python as well as the use of Tableau or PowerBI.
\- Strong experience with data integration tools and database technologies such as BigQuery
\- A good understanding of relational database architecture and excellent data modelling skills
\- A strong grasp of numerical analysis and structured problem solving
